This month, we focused on extending MeetGeek across more of the places you work — mobile, CRM, messaging, and with new ready-to-use AI agents.

New CRM Integration: Close

MeetGeek now integrates with Close CRM, letting meeting insights flow directly into your sales pipeline. You can:

  • Automatically send meeting summaries or highlights to Close using workflows

  • Attach meeting insights as notes to leads, contacts, or opportunities

  • Create tasks from Next Steps detected during meeting analysis

  • Manually share insights from past meetings into specific Close records

This helps revenue teams keep Close up to date without stepping out of their workflow.

New WhatsApp Integration

MeetGeek now lives in WhatsApp both as a delivery channel for meeting recaps and as a chat interface for your meeting history. With the WhatsApp integration, you can:

  • Send meeting summaries or highlights to WhatsApp, manually or via workflows

  • Chat directly with MeetGeek to ask questions about past meetings, for example, "What did the client say about pricing?" or "Summarize my last sales call"

  • Retrieve key action items, decisions, and takeaways across your meeting history with a quick message

  • Trigger actions in your connected tools and create tasks in Notion, add action items to Asana, or send summaries to Slack, all via WhatsApp

This turns WhatsApp into a working surface for your meeting data, useful for anyone who already lives in WhatsApp throughout the day.

Voice Agents — Live-Testable CS & Screening Agents

AI Voice Agents keep getting more accurate with each release. In April, we made them easier to try before you deploy: you can now test two ready-made agents live, the CS Agent and the Screening Agent, in a real call before configuring them for you.

1. CS Agent

A customer success agent that joins a call, understands your product context, and answers questions or runs structured discovery flows. Test it live to see how it handles your typical CS conversations before you point customers at it.

🤖 Talk to the CS Voice Agent.

2. Screening Agent

A recruiting/qualification agent that runs structured screening calls, asks consistent questions, and logs the answers. Test it live the same way.

Both agents can be shared through a Calendly-style booking link, the same setup we use internally to make our CS Agent available to anyone who books time with us.

Calendar Sync on Mobile

You can now connect your Gmail or Outlook calendar directly from the MeetGeek mobile app.

  • Sync your Gmail or Outlook calendar from the mobile app, no web setup required

  • See all your upcoming meetings on your phone, with notetaker status visible per meeting

  • Use MeetGeek end-to-end on mobile — sign in, connect your calendar, capture and review meetings without ever opening the web version

💡 Available on iOS and Android. Update the app to access the latest features.

Other Improvements

A handful of smaller upgrades across the web platform:

  • Meeting Logs — in Past Meetings, you now have a dedicated page where you can check the status of all your meetings or review error details

  • Refreshed web platform UI — cleaner navigation, clearer spacing, and a more consistent look across pages

  • API Key easier to find — your API key now lives inside Settings > Developer Settings, so it takes one click to grab it for integrations and automations
