This month we introduced a new desktop recording experience, expanded CRM integrations, and improved several core workflows across MeetGeek.

MeetGeek Desktop App

The MeetGeek Desktop App lets you record meetings directly from your computer without inviting a bot. With the desktop app you can:

  • Record, transcribe, and analyze meetings without adding a bot

  • Capture voice notes or in-person conversations such as workshops

  • Receive reminders when meetings start

  • Keep local copies of recordings

This provides a lightweight recording option while still generating MeetGeek summaries, transcripts, and insights.

💡 Download the MeetGeek Desktop App to get started.

Currently supported:
- macOS with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) and Google authentication.

MeetGeek Claude Connector

MeetGeek meeting data can now be accessed directly from Claude. Once MeetGeek is added as a connector, Claude can:

  • Ask questions across your meetings

  • Retrieve transcripts, summaries, and highlights

  • Analyze patterns across conversations

  • Surface insights from past calls

This allows Claude to use your meetings as a structured context when generating responses or analyzing discussions. Setup is simple:

  1. Install MeetGeek as a connector inside Claude

  2. Paste your MeetGeek API key (Integrations → Public API)

Claude will then use your meeting transcripts and insights as context for responses.

Currently available in the Claude Desktop App.

New CRM Integration: Zoho

MeetGeek now integrates with Zoho CRM, allowing meeting insights to sync directly to your CRM. You can:

  • Automatically send meeting summaries or highlights using workflows

  • Attach meeting insights as notes to deals, accounts, leads, or contacts

  • Create tasks from Next Steps detected during meeting analysis

  • Manually share insights from past meetings

We also introduced stability improvements across other CRM integrations:

  • Improved opportunity handling in Salesforce

  • Better handling of expired refresh tokens in Pipedrive
