In this article, we’ll walk you through how to integrate MeetGeek with Zoho CRM and share your meeting insights either automatically or manually.

With this integration, MeetGeek connects directly to your Zoho account, allowing you to link meetings and highlights to the right deals, accounts, leads, and contacts — all without extra manual work.

How to connect Zoho with MeetGeek

MeetGeek meetings and highlights can be shared in two ways:

  • Automatically for upcoming meetings (during meeting analysis), or

  • Manually for meetings that already took place.

To get started:

  1. Go to your MeetGeek dashboard.

  2. Click on the Zoho card.

You’ll be prompted to authenticate with your Zoho account and grant MeetGeek the required permissions.

Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected back to the MeetGeek Integrations page, where you can begin sharing meetings and highlights with Zoho.

How to automatically update Zoho with meeting assets

If you want MeetGeek to update your Zoho CRM with meetings or highlight data automatically, you can set up a workflow.

Go to your Integrations & Workflows page in MeetGeek.

  1. Click Create new workflow.

  2. In the Send to field, select Zoho.

  3. Choose whether to send:

    • Meeting: to sync entire meeting summaries, or

    • Highlight: to send only selected highlights (e.g., next steps).

  4. Configure your workflow filters (for example, apply only to meetings whose name contains specific words).

  5. Set your sharing preferences — including whether to create deals, choose between contacts and leads, and what resources to attach notes to.

  6. Click Save Workflow.

That’s it! Your upcoming meetings or highlights will now be automatically synced with Zoho.

Note: The Create tasks option is available only for Meeting workflows. When enabled, MeetGeek will automatically generate reminders for any “Next Steps” captured during the meeting analysis.

How to sync past meetings with Zoho

Meetings and highlights that were generated in the past can also be shared manually.

Sharing a meeting

  1. Go to the Past Meetings page in MeetGeek.

  2. Click the Share button next to the meeting you want to send.

  3. Select your preferred settings.

  4. Click Send.

The meeting summary and assets will be linked to the appropriate records in Zoho.

Sharing highlights

In order to share meeting highlights, open a meeting and select a few highlights in the Highlights section, located on the right side of the screen.

Select the appropriate settings and click send.

Once shared, MeetGeek insights appear in Zoho as notes attached to the relevant records.
