Pipedrive integrates with MeetGeek to log every meeting to the right record automatically. Once connected, your call summary, transcript, and highlights sync to the matching contact, company, and deal in Pipedrive — no copy-paste, no manual logging. You can sync past meetings on demand or set a workflow to handle every future call.
Connect MeetGeek to Pipedrive
In the MeetGeek dashboard, go to the Integrations & Automations page and click the Pipedrive card.
You'll be taken to Pipedrive to grant MeetGeek access. Choose your account and click Allow and Install.
You'll be redirected back to the MeetGeek Integrations & Automations page. You're now ready to connect your calls.
Share a past meeting manually
Open any past meeting in your MeetGeek dashboard.
Click Share meeting.
Select the Pipedrive logo, then choose the record to sync to.
Set up an automated workflow
A workflow syncs meetings or highlights to Pipedrive automatically, right after each call is analyzed.
Go to the Workflows tab and click Add.
Set Send to to Pipedrive and pick the Pipedrive company to connect to.
In Given a, choose Meeting to send the full summary, or Highlight to send only selected highlights.
Click Save workflow. Your next meeting syncs to Pipedrive automatically.
Note: MeetGeek looks for existing contacts, companies, and deals in Pipedrive and creates them if they don't exist. You can control this with the advanced options on your Workflows tab.
Here's an example of a meeting summary synced to Pipedrive:
Disconnect Pipedrive
Go to the Integrations & Automations page and find Pipedrive in your connected apps.
Go to Settings > Disconnect > Save.
Note: Disconnecting removes all workflows set for Pipedrive in MeetGeek.
