This month was all about turning meeting insights into action. We upgraded the Slack Agent, launched Meeting Skills on AI Studio, added OneDrive, Dropbox, and Confluence integrations, and more.

MeetGeek Slack Agent

We rebuilt the MeetGeek Slack Chat Assistant from the ground up. It's now a true AI agent inside Slack. You can tag it in any thread, and it surfaces your meeting context, open action items, and decisions, without switching tabs.

  • Ask about your meetings in Slack — "catch me up on the last call with this client" returns a clean, structured answer in the thread.

  • Surface decisions and open action items pulled from the right meeting.

  • Reach your meetings and integrations — the agent gives real answers, not links.

  • Trigger actions in your connected tools from the same chat.

💡 To start using it, reinstall the MeetGeek app in your Slack workspace.

MeetGeek Meeting Skills (+ AI Studio)

Meeting Skills are AI agents that automatically act on your meetings. They analyze the right conversations to score calls, draft follow-ups, flag risks, or send digests. They live in AI Studio, alongside AI Chat and AI Voice Agents.

  • Start with a ready-made Skill — the catalog has 26+ ready-to-deploy Skills across 13 role categories, including Sales Call Scorer, Customer Risk Monitor, Client Follow-up Engine, Candidate Screening, and more.

  • Runs automatically — each Skill triggers per meeting the moment a call ends, or as a daily or weekly digest. Never any noise.

  • Delivered where you already work — outputs land in Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and more apps are coming soon.

  • Same meeting, different jobs — one call, outputs shaped for each team: Sales, CS, Product, HR, Finance, and more.

  • Custom and Team-Based Skills — build your own in AI Studio, or have our team design a Skill around your workflow.

💡 Available now in AI Studio.

New Integrations: OneDrive, Dropbox & Confluence

Three new places for your meeting records to land, each a 1-click connection. Send automatically with workflows, or share individual meetings by hand.

  • OneDrive & Dropbox: Every meeting's notes, summary, and full transcript saved automatically to a "MeetGeek Files" folder, one subfolder per meeting.

  • Confluence: Summaries and highlights become Confluence pages, filed in the site, space, and parent page you choose.
