Dropbox integrates with MeetGeek to save your meeting notes, summaries, and transcripts straight to your Dropbox — one document per meeting, filed in a "MeetGeek Files" folder. Sync a past meeting on demand, or set a workflow to file every future call automatically.
In this guide:
Connect Dropbox to MeetGeek
In the MeetGeek dashboard, go to the Integrations & Automations page and click the Dropbox card.
Click Connect.
Grant permission to your Dropbox account. The integration is now active.
Set up an automated workflow
A workflow saves each meeting's summary and transcript to Dropbox automatically, right after the call is analyzed.
Note: Automated workflows are included in the paid MeetGeek plans, starting from Pro.
Go to the Workflows tab.
Select Dropbox in the Send to field.
(Optional) Enter a name pattern in Which name contains (e.g. "Demo Call"). Leave it empty to include every meeting.
Click Save workflow.
After your next meeting, a "MeetGeek Files" folder appears in your Dropbox root, with a folder per meeting and a document inside. Two meetings with the same name create multiple files in the same folder.
Note: If you move the main MeetGeek folder, MeetGeek files new documents in its new location.
Share a past meeting manually
Open the meeting you want to share.
At the top of the Transcript view, click Share on Dropbox.
The button changes to Copy link. Click it to copy the link to your clipboard.
Paste the link in a new tab to open the Dropbox folder with the newly created document.
Note: If you delete the folder MeetGeek created for this meeting, the button reverts to Share on Dropbox.
Disconnect Dropbox
Go to the Integrations & Automations page and find Dropbox in your connected apps.
Go to Settings > Disconnect > Save.
Note: Disconnecting removes all workflows set for Dropbox in MeetGeek.
