Editable Sections & Summary Depth
Meeting summaries are now structured into editable sections, and the new Summary Depth preference lets you choose how much detail each section shows.
Pick your sections: Toggle only what you need, from key decisions and action items to next steps and more
Reorder and hide: Arrange sections to match how you read a summary
Tune each section: Tailor the section's prompts, depth, and formatting individually
Set the depth: Choose Concise or Detailed for the full summary
Preview changes live: The preview updates as you configure, and each enabled section becomes its own block in your post-meeting email

AI Chat Improvements
AI Chat got a cleaner home, a faster way to start, and a way to keep things organised. Here's what's new:
1. A cleaner way to chat with your meetings
The AI Chat interface has been redesigned with clearer message layout, better readability, and a sidebar that surfaces your chats and folders.
2. Built-in prompts
New prompt pills appear at the start of every chat so you can jump straight to the answer instead of typing from scratch. Defaults are tailored to your role, for example:

3. Chat folders
Group related chats together — by client, project, deal, or whatever scheme works for you. Folders show up in the sidebar, so context never gets lost.

MeetGeek for ChatGPT (New App)
MeetGeek is now available as a ChatGPT App. In ChatGPT, you can browse your meetings, pull up transcripts, retrieve action items, and ask questions about calls.

Outlook Compatibility for Email Summaries
Post-meeting summary emails now render correctly in Outlook Classic (Win32). Previously, layout and inline elements broke, so recipients saw a degraded version of what Gmail, Outlook on the web, and New Outlook users got.
Summaries, action items, and highlights now display the same way regardless of which mail client the recipient opens them in.
Auto-assign Tasks in Jira, Notion & More
When MeetGeek creates action items in Jira or Notion from a meeting, it now automatically assigns each task to the right person; no manual reassignment needed.
If a task was assigned to "Marco" in the meeting and Marco has an account in the connected Jira project, the created issue is assigned to him directly.
Works in Jira, Notion, Asana, and all other integrations that support tasks
Matching is based on participant name + email, so it works even when the meeting transcript only uses first names
If no match is found, the task is still created — just unassigned, the same way it worked before
