MeetGeek AI Chat now includes two powerful ways to interact with your meeting data:
Chat with Meetings — ask questions and explore insights from your past meetings
Chat with Apps — take action in your connected tools (Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar) directly through chat
Instead of scrolling through transcripts, searching manually, or switching between apps, you can now ask and act in one place. This article covers both features.
In this article:
What can you do with Chat with Meetings?
Ask natural-language questions about what was said in a meeting
Get instant answers about decisions, follow-ups, or key topics
Search across multiple meetings at once (e.g., “When did we talk about pricing?”)
Revisit important context without rewatching or rereading
Ask the AI to write follow-up emails, create content, or summarize insights
What can you do with Chat with Apps?
Chat with Apps lets you take action in your connected tools directly from MeetGeek.
Send meeting summaries or highlights to Slack
Save notes, action items, or insights into Notion
Upload recordings, transcripts, or clips to Google Drive
Draft emails using Gmail
Create or update events in Google Calendar
All by simply asking, for example:
“Send the summary of this meeting to the #sales channel in Slack.”
“Save these action items into my Notion database.”
“Upload the transcript to Google Drive in the ‘Client Calls’ folder.”
“Draft a follow-up email on Gmail recapping our decisions.”
“Create a calendar event for the next check-in.”
