This guide describes the steps to integrate your Trello boards with MeetGeek. This means that you will be able to share meetings or highlights on your boards.
How to connect Trello with MeetGeek
In the MeetGeek dashboard go to the Integrations page and click on the Trello card.
โClick the "Connect" button
Make sure to grant the permissions to the right boards.
That's it, the integration is active now.
Now let's review the case when you want to automatically send certain highlights or all meetings to your Trello board, and create a separate card for them.
Share meetings and highlights automatically with workflows
Note: The automated workflows are included in the paid MeetGeek subscriptions, starting from the Pro plan.
Go to the Workflows page.
Select if you want a meeting or a highlight to be shared.
Enter a name pattern in the "Which name contains" input. E.g. "Demo Call". If left empty, all meetings or highlights will be considered.
Select Trello in the "Send to" field and choose a board/column from the new dropdown.
Press the "Save workflow" button.
Any future meetings or highlights that include the specified name will automatically appear in Trello right after that meeting is finished.
How to sync past meetings with Trello
If you do not want to automate the syncing of your meetings and highlights with Trello but still want to share a specific meeting highlight there, you can proceed with the manual setup.
Once you have the Trello integration enabled, open a past meeting (e.g. from the past meetings page).
In the Summary View, when hovering over a highlight, you will see contextual buttons for that highlight.
Press the "Share meeting" button and a new view will open.
Press the button with the Trello logo and a dropdown will appear with the available boards and their respective columns.
On your board on Trello, a new card should be created like the one below:
Sharing a meeting:
