Trello integrates with MeetGeek so your meetings and highlights turn into Trello cards automatically. Connect your boards, then create a card from a specific highlight on demand or set a workflow to add a card for every matching meeting the moment it's analyzed.
In this guide:
Connect Trello to MeetGeek
In the MeetGeek dashboard, go to the Integrations & Automations page and click the Trello card.
Click Connect.
Grant permissions to the boards you want to use. The integration is now active.
Add meetings and highlights automatically
A workflow creates a Trello card from meetings or highlights automatically, right after each call is analyzed.
Note: Automated workflows are included in the paid MeetGeek plans, starting from Pro.
Go to the Workflows tab.
Choose whether to share a meeting or a highlight.
In Which name contains, enter a name pattern (e.g. "Demo Call"). Leave it empty to include every meeting or highlight.
Set Trello in the Send to field and pick a board and column from the dropdown.
Click Save workflow.
Any future meeting or highlight that matches the pattern appears in Trello as soon as that meeting is analyzed.
Share a past meeting manually
To create a Trello card from a single highlight without a workflow:
Open a past meeting from your Past Meetings page.
In the Summary view, hover over a highlight to reveal its contextual buttons.
Click Share meeting.
Click the Trello logo and pick a board and column from the dropdown.
A new card is created on your board, like this:
Disconnect Trello
Go to the Integrations & Automations page and find Trello in your connected apps.
Go to Settings > Disconnect > Save.
Note: Disconnecting removes all workflows set for Trello in MeetGeek.
