Zoho CRM Quickstart Guide

Connect Zoho CRM to MeetGeek to sync meeting summaries and highlights as notes to the right records.

Written by Dan Huru

Zoho CRM integrates with MeetGeek to log every meeting to the right record automatically. Once connected, your summaries and highlights sync as notes to the matching deal, account, lead, and contact in Zoho. Sync a past meeting on demand, or set a workflow to handle every future call.

In this guide:

Connect Zoho CRM to MeetGeek

  1. In the MeetGeek dashboard, go to the Integrations & Automations page and click the Zoho CRM card.

  1. Authenticate with your Zoho CRM account and grant MeetGeek the required permissions.

  2. You'll be redirected back to the MeetGeek Integrations & Automations page. The integration is now active.

Set up an automated workflow

A workflow syncs every meeting or highlight to Zoho automatically, right after the call is analyzed.

  1. Go to the Workflows tab and click Create new workflow.

  2. Set Send to to Zoho CRM.

  3. In Given a, choose Meeting to sync full summaries, or Highlight to send only selected highlights (e.g. next steps).

  4. Configure your filters (for example, only meetings whose name contains specific words).

  5. Set your sharing preferences, including whether to create deals, choose between contacts and leads, and which records to attach notes to.

  6. Click Save workflow. Your next meeting syncs to Zoho automatically.

Note: The Create tasks option is available only for Meeting workflows. When enabled, MeetGeek generates reminders for any "Next Steps" captured during the meeting analysis.

Share a past meeting manually

To share a meeting, go to the Past Meetings page and click Share next to the meeting. Select your settings and click Send — the summary and assets link to the matching records in Zoho.

To share specific highlights, open the meeting and select highlights in the Highlights section on the right.

Select the appropriate settings and click Send.

How it appears in Zoho

Once shared, MeetGeek insights appear in Zoho as notes attached to the relevant records.

Contact view — summaries and highlights appear as notes linked to the contact.

Account view — insights are visible directly under the associated account.

Disconnect Zoho CRM

  1. Go to the Integrations & Automations page and find Zoho CRM in your connected apps.

  2. Go to Settings > Disconnect > Save.

Note: Disconnecting removes all workflows set for Zoho CRM in MeetGeek.
