The MeetGeek mobile app lets you record in-person conversations, review past meetings, chat with your meeting history, and manage upcoming calls — all from your phone. Download it for Android and iOS.
In this guide:
Install the mobile app
Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download the MeetGeek app.
Open the app and sign in (if you already have a MeetGeek account), or sign up with your Google or Microsoft account.
Record in-person conversations
MeetGeek can record offline conversations — great for capturing a chat with a partner at an industry conference, or an in-person team meeting.
Tap the microphone icon.
Choose the language of your conversation and a template (if needed).
Press Record. The first time, the app requests permission to record audio — enable it to proceed.
Recording starts. Press Stop to finish.
Resume if needed, or tap Analyze to send the audio for transcription and an AI summary.
You can record offline conversations for up to 4 hours without an internet connection. The recording uploads and processes once you're back online.
The file then appears in the Files tab on your mobile app and in your MeetGeek desktop account.
Manage past meetings and recordings
Tap the folder icon to open all the recorded and shared meetings in your MeetGeek account.
Tap a meeting to skim the summary, view highlights, or read the full transcript.
Tap the arrows icon to open the sharing menu and manage sharing from there.
AI Chat on mobile
Access AI Chat directly from the app to interact with your meeting history on the go. You can:
Query any past meeting in natural language — for example, "What were the key decisions in last week's roadmap review?"
Pull up action items while commuting or between calls.
Get coaching feedback and quick answers without replaying hours of recordings.
AI Chat works with meetings you own and meetings shared with you, with memory of up to 50 meetings for context-aware responses.
Meeting Insights on mobile
Meeting Insights gives you visibility into how your meetings perform, wherever you are. From your phone, you can review:
Participation and engagement.
Talk ratio and speaking patterns.
Recurring themes and AI-generated recommendations.
Insights adapt to your meeting templates and KPIs, making them especially useful for sales calls, demos, and customer conversations where continuous improvement matters.
Manage upcoming meetings
Tap the calendar icon to see your upcoming scheduled meetings from your calendar.
From this page you can:
Skim through your upcoming meetings.
Toggle whether the MeetGeek Notetaker joins each meeting.
Change the language or select a different template for the meeting.
Add MeetGeek to a live meeting
Tap the Invite Notetaker icon on the left side panel and select the tab to invite the Notetaker to a meeting.
Then use one of these methods:
Enter the meeting link in the upper field and tap Invite bot.
Or tap Copy Email and send an email to the copied address to invite the Notetaker.
