Conversations now feel smoother and more responsive, with improved pacing and tone.
3. Automatic naming based on the selected agent
Your agent now enters meetings with the exact name attributed to it, making interactions clearer for participants.

Teams can now tailor the introductory disclaimer to match their communication style or compliance needs.

Custom Summary Depth & Auto Language Detection
We introduced new customization options for meeting summaries, allowing you to choose the level of detail that best fits your workflow. You can now switch between:
Concise summaries for quick takeaways
Detailed summaries for richer context
We also improved automatic language detection, enabling a more seamless experience for multilingual and global teams.

Meeting Summaries – Improved Accuracy
MeetGeek’s summaries have been upgraded to the GPT-5 model, delivering:
More accurate and structured recaps
Better contextual understanding
Stronger performance in complex or fast-paced discussions
Following last month’s improvements to transcription accuracy and speaker detection, we also released targeted enhancements to transcription for:
Hindi 🇮🇳 | Dutch 🇳🇱 |
Your meeting notes are now clearer, more precise and more reliable across languages.
Internal vs External Meetings – Smarter Control
We improved how MeetGeek handles internal calls to give teams more clarity and control. When several teammates use MeetGeek, each user can now define exactly when their notetaker should join internal meetings.
To avoid multiple bots joining the same call, you can set your notetaker to join only the meetings you host. This ensures that internal meetings have a single notetaker and prevents duplicate recordings.
This helps teams streamline their workflow and create a cleaner meeting experience across departments.
⚙️ You can adjust these preferences anytime in your Settings page.
