We've rolled out new updates to make your meetings even more efficient and your interaction with meeting insights even more seamless. Here's what's new this month:

Chrome Extension: Floating Widget

Our Chrome extension now includes a floating widget that allows you to quickly start, pause, or stop meeting recordings with a single click. This makes it easier to capture ad-hoc calls without navigating away from your Google Meet call.

👉 If you haven’t installed the extension yet, you can do so here.

New Meeting Templates

We've added 10 new meeting templates to MeetGeek to better align with your call types and context. These templates come with predefined highlights, KPIs for meeting insights, and custom summaries, helping you capture key information more effectively.

New templates include:

  • General: Coaching Session, All-hands Meeting, Project Planning, Project Status, Update Workshop

  • Internal Meetings: Daily Standup, KT Session, Retrospective Meeting

  • Customer-Facing: Partnership Call

  • Startups: Investor Pitch

Note: All templates are available in 30+ languages.
For paid plan users, MeetGeek will automatically detect and apply the most relevant template based on your meeting context—no manual selection needed.

Access the library of our meeting templates from Productivity -> Personalization -> Meeting Templates.

Redesigned Summary Emails

Meeting summaries now have an updated layout for improved readability. This new design makes follow-ups clearer and highlights key insights more effectively, helping you stay organized.
