The Meeting Analytics Dashboard allows you to understand how your meeting performance evolves over time. This is key to understanding if your changes in behavior or structure deliver the expected impact in your meetings.

By looking at an aggregated level, you can start to uncover negative patterns that otherwise would go unnoticed. Combining data from your past meetings with AI-generated insights empowers you to identify trends, optimize collaboration, and make meetings more productive.

What you can track inside Meeting Analytics

1. Performance Overview

In the first dashboard, you get to see how your meeting scores and performance have evolved over time. For a more accurate analysis, you can also filter the results by time and call types. You can check your historical trend on a monthly or weekly basis.

2. Strengths & Opportunities

Understand what you're doing well in meetings (e.g., time management, agenda focus) and where there’s room for improvement (e.g., participation imbalance, off-topic discussions).

3. Popular Themes

Identify recurring topics across meetings. Themes are automatically surfaced based on the most discussed keywords and subjects, helping you spot key focus areas or recurring issues.

4. Latest Meeting Insights

Drill down into specific meetings with low scores to uncover what went wrong and how to improve. You will find the meetings that contribute to the overall KPI scores, and you can browse individually to deep dive into a specific meeting.
