Enhanced integrations
We're doubling down on Integrations in the next period. Here is a list of enhancements already available for you:
You can now create workflows to sync your meetings or highlights with Google Drive.
You can now send meetings to HubSpot deals with just 1 click. We've previously emailed you a video about how to set up HubSpot automatically with workflows.
We've enhanced our Zapier integration to support more fields and more templates. Check out this video on how to set up Zapier
Recurrent meetings
It's now possible to edit join options, languages, templates, and agendas for recurrent meetings! The options are available on your Upcoming Meetings page.
Upcoming meetings
By default, you'll receive a weekly reminder each Monday about your upcoming meetings so you can easily remember when to turn Meetgeek on or off. You can adjust the frequency to daily or opt-out.
Last week's recap of meetings
Each week (or daily), you will receive an email with a summary of your past meetings. Make it a habit to watch what you missed during the week or share important highlights with your team!
Meeting insights Check-in
You will receive weekly emails with insights about meeting performance, shares, and triggered workflows. Use them to stay on top of your meeting performance and knowledge-sharing habits.
Meeting engagement analytics
You'll get notified when a shared meeting has been seen for the first time. You can also check the viewer insights on your meeting page.
