As Q1 comes to a close, we’re excited to share the latest product updates designed to make managing your meetings even more efficient. Here’s what’s new this month:

New Search Filters for Past Meetings

To help you find past meetings more efficiently, we’ve expanded the filtering options on the Past Meetings page. You can now narrow down your search using the following criteria:

  • Meeting title

  • Participants (speakers, hosts, invitees, or notetaker owners)

  • Date

  • Language

  • Recurrence

  • Meeting type

These filters reduce the time spent locating key conversations, especially when dealing with a large volume of calls.

You can try out the new filters in the Past Meetings page.

For those using Zapier to automate workflows, we’ve expanded the integration with new actions and setup improvements to give you greater control and flexibility.

Additional Zapier Actions

You now have access to three new actions to help automate more parts of your workflow:

  • Get Meetings – Retrieve historical meeting data from MeetGeek

  • Upload Recording – Send external recordings for transcription and analysis

  • Get Summary & Insights – Automatically fetch summaries, highlights, and insights from processed meetings

These actions are useful for connecting MeetGeek data with CRMs, project management tools, or reporting systems.

Simplified Zapier & Workflow Setup

To simplify the setup process between Zapier and MeetGeek:

  1. When you save a new Zap in Zapier, we now automatically create the corresponding workflow in MeetGeek so you can get started faster.

  2. You can now trigger highlights and meeting updates to all your Zaps at once (manually or automatically) while still filtering by specific Zap flows for hyper-personalized automations.

These changes aim to reduce friction in building custom automation.

New Zap Template for Zoom Cloud Recordings

For users who prefer not to have a notetaker join their Zoom calls, we’ve created a pre-configured Zapier template. It allows MeetGeek to process Zoom’s cloud recordings automatically, delivering transcripts and summaries while you still record the meetings natively with Zoom.

Team-Level Webhooks for API Users

For teams using our API, you can now trigger team-wide meeting automations, not just at the individual level.

  • Team members can subscribe to webhook events for shared meetings, triggering team-wide workflows with summaries, highlights, insights, and more.

  • Meeting owners stay in control of who gets access to meetings and webhook notifications.
