Apple requires apps to offer a way to restore previous in-app purchases. This means if you’ve subscribed to a MeetGeek plan on your iPhone or iPad before and want to reactivate it without re-purchasing, you can use the Restore Purchase function.
Here’s how to restore your MeetGeek plan on Apple devices:

  1. Open the MeetGeek app and tap the User icon located at the bottom right of your screen.

  2. On the User page tap Plans.

  3. At the bottom of the Plans page, you’ll see a Restore Purchase button. Tap on it.

What happens next?

  • Your Apple device will attempt to verify your purchase history with the App Store.

  • If a valid MeetGeek subscription is found linked to your Apple ID, it will be reactivated on your account.

  • You’ll see a confirmation message within the app letting you know the restoration was successful.

Important Notes:

  • Restore Purchase only works for subscriptions previously purchased through the Apple App Store using your current Apple ID.

  • If you have an active MeetGeek subscription purchased through a different platform (like the MeetGeek website), this method won’t work. You’ll need to contact MeetGeek support for assistance.

  • If you encounter any issues restoring your purchase, make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy the original subscription. Additionally, you can check your Apple purchase history for verification: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118212
