Restoring Your MeetGeek Plan on Apple Devices

Reactivate a MeetGeek plan you bought on your iPhone or iPad without re-purchasing, using the Restore Purchase function tied to your Apple ID.

Written by Dan Huru

Apple requires apps to offer a way to restore previous in-app purchases. If you've subscribed to a MeetGeek plan on your iPhone or iPad before and want to reactivate it without re-purchasing, use the Restore Purchase function.

Download MeetGeek's iOS app here: Download.

How to restore your plan

  1. Open the MeetGeek app and tap the User icon at the bottom right of your screen.

  2. On the User page, tap Plans.

  3. At the bottom of the Plans page, tap the Restore Purchase button.

What happens next

  • Your Apple device attempts to verify your purchase history with the App Store.

  • If a valid MeetGeek subscription is found linked to your Apple ID, it's reactivated on your account.

  • You'll see a confirmation message in the app once the restoration is successful.

Important notes

  • Restore Purchase only works for subscriptions previously purchased through the Apple App Store using your current Apple ID.

  • If you have an active MeetGeek subscription purchased through a different platform (like the MeetGeek website), this method won't work — contact MeetGeek support for assistance.

  • If you run into issues, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy the original subscription. You can also check your Apple purchase history for verification.
