Meeting Comments let you collaborate directly inside your meeting transcripts, making it easier to clarify details, tag teammates, and take action faster.

Whether you want to ask a question, flag a decision, or highlight a next step, you can do it without switching tools or losing context.

In this article:

What can you do with Meeting Comments?

  • Tag teammates to draw their attention to specific parts of the conversation

  • Ask questions about decisions or unclear points

  • Leave notes for yourself or others to follow up later

  • Add context to action items or customer quotes

  • Collaborate asynchronously with your team after the meeting ends

How to use Comments?

Note: You can also edit or delete your own comments anytime.

  • Tagged users will receive an email notification linking to the comment.

  • Comments are visible to all teammates who have access to the meeting.

  • Comments are threaded, so replies stay organized in one place.

💡 Use comments to collaborate after the call: clarify next steps, check on open questions, or align on decisions — all without another meeting.
