Meetgeek.ai will not be able to make your meetings more productive until this option is enabled. To enable it, please follow these steps:

Enable live streaming from user settings (user)

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal https://us02web.zoom.us/signin

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the toggle next to Allow live streaming the meetings.

  4. Click the Custom Live Streaming Service checkbox to enable it.

  5. Save the changes.

If the toggle is disabled, it means that you do not have permissions to change this configuration.

If this is the case, please ask your admin account to either unlock this option so that each user can configure its own setting for the live streaming or to enable the live streaming for all users under the zoom account.
Please find below the steps that the admin has to execute for each of the two scenarios:

Unlock live streaming from account settings (admin)

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal https://us02web.zoom.us/signin

  2. Click Account Management, then Account Settings.

  3. Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the lock next to Allow live streaming the meetings.

  4. Unlock.

After the admin unlocked the option, follow the steps from Enable live streaming from user settings (user) section.

Enable the live streaming from account settings (admin)

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal https://us02web.zoom.us/signin

  2. Click Account Management, then Account Settings.

  3. Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the toggle next to Allow live streaming the meetings.

  4. Click the Custom Live Streaming Service checkbox to enable it.

  5. Save the changes.
